Join us for a new twist on evening entertainment.
Think theater in the round styled conversations with a surprisingly cerebral list of entertaining speakers.
We will discuss recent reads, food and wine, film, political discourse and the ever popular: wild-card talking point of the moment.
As a magazine, news and political junkie I’ve harbored this concept of creating a series of classes or conversations perhaps that might best be described with a magazine based metaphor Make Magazine, meets Mother Jones Magazine. They marry and prolifically produce politically savvy, well-informed offspring. The magic of the progeny is their propensity to produce content that is thought provoking and in a discussion format that lends itself well to a group dynamic.
Study guides could be available for those seeking the extra boost of more information around said subjects and all things conjectural.
We seek the higher ground in understanding with a community feel that allows us to truly connect and inspire.
Be bold, embrace the new-year and try something new.
Underwriter for the event is Art duJour.org Be Great. Create.
